- Standard Returns: Within 7 days of delivery
- Defective Products: Within 15 days of delivery
- Wrong Item: Within 7 days of delivery
- Damaged Products: Report within 24 hours of delivery
Note: Return period begins from the date of delivery, not the date of order.
